Christmas Eve

Date
Friday, December 24, 2021 9:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Location
ROOM: Zoom, ., ., . .

Christmas 2020 saw us all huddled around our electronic devices, singing carols from our living rooms and longing for one another's presence. In 2021, we can actually be in the same room again. Our services will take place at 4:30 and 9:00 p.m.

COVID-19 safety is still crucial. We need to remember that children under age 5 still cannot be vaccinated, and that those who are not yet vaccinated pose the biggest threat to one another. We have also experienced a few breakthrough COVID-19 cases even in our congregation. So if you are not yet vaccinated, or if you need a booster, please do so right away so you can be ready for togetherness at Christmastime. Even then, there are safety procedures we must follow.

If you don't feel safe coming to worship, note that you can join us via Zoom. The proper links are available to those who sign up for Good Shepherd emails. Or you can simply watch the service on our Facebook page, though we'll only know you worshiped with us if you leave a comment.

Those who show arrive in person must wear masks during the entire service, except for those who have a speaking or solo singing role. Holy Communion is available as bread only, which still counts as full communion. We are refraining from physical touch during worship. We encourage online donations in advance, since we are not passing the offering plate at this time.

We are excited to share the joy of Christ's birth with all those who would like to join us, in any way we can!
