Dear friends:

Last night the vestry met and voted to try to secure a PPP loan from the federal government this time around. To be honest, our chances are very low here, but we will try. The good news is that our financial stability appears to be holding, and even our investment accounts haven't been hit too badly yet. We've even had an additional gift from one couple in anticipation of other pledges being reduced!

I am looking forward very much to our Wednesday night class, "The Bible as Backstory." If you missed the first class, you can watch it here.

I mentioned on Sunday that if you are not in a high-risk category and would like to help with our Saturday community meal, the Federal Way Community Caregiving Network can use your help! I've already had an offer from one family and I will pass that on today.

I'm also offering a class on how to lead Compline, at a time to be determined by who's interested. Let me know.
