The Diocese of Olympia's Refugee Resettlement Office frequently forwards us requests for help with the needs refugee individuals and families in our area. Contact Julia Mates at the RRO about any of these opportunities.

The RRO is always looking for larger diapers -- sizes 3-6 -- as well as wipes.

There is an urgent need for personal hygiene supplies of all kinds for both genders. These must be unused items.

Clothing: most gently used shoes and clothes for any size, shape or gender, as there is always a need for children's clothes and shoes.

Another consistent need is to help people practice language skills. Most of the office's clients are pre-literate in English as well as their own languages. Parishioners can help in person at the RRO during its volunteer-led classes, or via Zoom once they are established as a volunteer.
